The sound system in my QX60 started cutting out randomly on certain speakers and it kept getting worse over time. Another place couldn’t figure it out, but these guys found the amplifier issue pretty quickly. Everything else is perfect now.

My Infiniti would suddenly lose throttle response during city driving, then act normal again. After digging deeper, Desi Auto traced it to a failing electronic throttle control module. Once replaced and calibrated the problem disappeared completely. Thanks!

The transmission on my car began to shudder on acceleration. The mechanics explained it was the CVT belt slipping. They drained the old fluid, installed a factory kit with an updated valve body, and reprogrammed the TCM. It drives like new again and shifts are seamless.

The power steering started groaning like an old door, especially during slow turns. Turns out the fluid was aerating due to a tiny crack in the return hose. They replaced the hose, flushed the system, and it’s whisper-silent again. Steering feels effortless now like it’s supposed to in a luxury SUV.

I took my car here about a week ago. It is very hard to find a shop around the area that knows how to work on cars, however, Josh was able to diagnose and fix the problem. Had to have my catalytic converter replaced. Excellent service and very reasonable pricing. I am definitely coming back here is good to know there is a competent mechanic around the area.

So here’s my story... I suspected a coolant leak. They took a long time to get to my car. All fixed and then shortly after they also did a final diagnostic. It was actually a leaking water pump etc. After reading their reviews I had the staff at Desi Auto Care take care of the issue. Awesome! Timely.. very confident in their work. Reasonable rates!

I’m new to this area and I found this place and thought with mostly good reviews. My first visit was when my car check engine light had been on for almost 2-3 days and turned itself off. They explained everything throughout and didn’t jump directly to unnecessary repairs. They kept my car for diagnosis but since it turned itself off they didn’t want to assume anything. Overall, I was happy when I left.

Last week had my car break down while I was going to my job, and after a talk with Infiniti roadside assistance, they suggested to me it's possibly an alternator problem. Given the symptoms of my car, all signs lead to either a battery problem or the alternator.

I called around to get estimates on getting the alternator/battery replaced, and Desi Auto Care said they could get the car in and Josh help me out the same day. Thanks much!

I also go here for my scheduled maintenance because of the quality and respect they have for my cars. With my older car I have had to upkeep a few repairs and Desi is always honest, communicable with "budget" I'm working with and they never failed me. I really believe my car is in good condition at 17 years old because of them. They are always swamped, so make an appointment, like i did.

When I needed to screw bolts for my new license plate, I called an Infiniti dealer and got quote $39. When I found Desi Auto Care online, Sam said bring it by and they’d install it - without any charges. It was the beginning of sense of security. As an old woman with no family around, I knew I could be a sitting duck. But Sam / his guys helped with all my car repairs. Saves me as economically as possible. I was having a power steering leak/noise issues. I'm regular customer of Desi Auto Care. Chris replaced the power steering pump and rack-pinion, and it all started working again. He charged me a reasonably (definitely very less than the dealer) price. Also there was a valve in the line which only leaked during engine running at highway speeds. Chris charged me for the part, but didn't charge me for labor, despite a few hours of extra job he put into getting it fixed. Steering is working as good as the day I purchase the car. This business deserves your business, because they stand behind their work for 2yrs.They deliver ultra-competent service at a great price which, for an older Infiniti like mine, is the perfect solution.

Sam always replays my repair emails. I have been going here since long time. After my car broke down on the busy main road, something that nobody likes to deal with it. I called shop and they set appointment for same day and even arranged to have a tow company pick my car up from the location. Very helpful in a stressful situation! In a wrong decision I took my car to Voorhees Quick Lube change for an oil change. They left the oil cap off unknown to me. After paying I left and my car was smoking from every places. I thought

I might ignite the car way back to the quick lube place. My engine which has been cleanest prior to this, now covered with oil. Their solution was to pressure wash my engine which has all but ruined it.

Desi Auto Care is repairing it one piece at a time. The shop is very busy but the service is exactly what the car owner is looking for. They're knowledgeable. Sam's prices are more than fair. Service was on time. I do recommend to anyone.

I had my engine sign on for 6 weeks and brought my car in to the shop. Bryan was friendly and said that I had a leak in the EVAP system but that it's not urgent repair. He didn't pressure me at all, just told me what the problem is. Now I finally told him to replace the parts. He used the diagnostic fee I paid 6 weeks before towards the repair (it was nice that he let me use it even though it was 6 weeks before!). And he warned me the EVAP systems for Infiniti's we're temperamental and sometimes the engine sign comes back on.

Sadly, Bryan was correct and the engine sign came back on again. So, back to the Desi Auto Care I went. He spent time finding the leak, which was a fault in the engine fuel cap they just switched out for me before, and reordered/replaced the cap. Didn't charge me any money, he spent figuring out my vehicle. When I went to pick up my Infiniti, it was clean and ready! They said there was a man there washing some of the vehicles so he had him wash mine too.

He forget to perform oil change & filter I requested, so I had to bring the car in again. I was a somewhat annoyed but Sam apologized and gave me a discount and changed it right away.

Overall, Desi Auto Care is professional, I will continue to go back.

I just bought an Infiniti and was looking around to find a knowledgeable tech online, found Desi Auto Care. Chris was very humble, since it's my used car I wanted him to inspect the spark plugs and to do an oil change he was honest and informed me spark plugs were just changed (by previous owner) and they look clean, I don't need to spend money. So, he just did an oil change. I had a list questions for him and he answered very patiently. Thank you for all the hard work. 5 stars no doubt!

I give them my business because Desi service was more than my expectation. I was contemplating getting a used Infiniti and wanted to schedule a PPI with a local shop before I pull the trigger. I had been having few problems with my car and I learned about Desi Auto Care through my best friend. I got in touch with him because he is just a car nut, he is just incredibly knowledgeable about infiniti particular.

My car shows intermittent flashing check engine light before I leave for work - extremely rough running and misfiring especially in 1st and 2nd gears. Diana was friendly on the phone when i called to find out if they had an open slot where i could bring my car. She said i could bring and when i got there, she took me inside to the workshop to meet Chris (mechanic) I feel fortunate to have found this shop that i can trust for future repairs. I'm already planning to return for alternator job which is going to be happening soon. He said i can call ahead to set up appointment and he will order the parts in advance.

Dashboard show half a tank when it is 100% full, it then slowly goes up to full and then goes down to empty, that causing the low fuel warning light. I have contacted Infiniti dealer about this problem because I have ran out of fuel, this is a serious safety concern. Dealer said there is no recall about this issue. Eventually Desi replaced the bad fuel sensor. Good shop.

It’s always an intimidating to find a mechanics when your car is having issue. I took my car in because I had an oil change due and the check engine sign was on. Sam checked it out and found it was a problem with a sensor, no repair necessary and replaced the sensor. He could have told me I needed a million things and I would have never known. I am recommending Desi automotive shop.

My car died, so I emailed Sam seeing if he could look and diagnose my car. He was all booked up, but he asked me a bunch of questions and then his mechanic called me and give me a diagnosis based on the problems at hand. During driving local our SUV depressing the accelerator pedal a squealing and some kind clapping noise was heard from the engine area. Chris diagnosed that the timing chain was faulty. We were out of warranty and frustrated that infinity did not step up to address the issue. He replaced the timing chain within three days. SUV drives perfect now. We couldn't be happier. We highly recommend Chris.

I have received their marketing postcard which I kept in my glove box for a while. Finally I use it now.

My car ended up with some weird radiator fan issue, so I took it to Lex-dealership, as it was under the power train warranty. Surprise to know! The warranty didn't cover the fan motor --(Lexus wanted nearly 1K some to fix it, plus it needed brake pads replaced. So I was looking at $1200-$1400 or so. I can say with smile that I was in and out in half a day and for just over half of the price the Lexus quoted me. He gave me 2yrs/24000 miles warranty on everything. I can't say enough about Shaun and Desi Auto Repair Shop, I will be a lonnng-time customer.

I've been to him 3 times for various things, major/minor repairs. Parts and labor cost is fair. Around Thanksgiving I had my timing belt changed for my 9 year old car and he kept the old parts in garage so he can show me the cracks that were in the belt. Sam doesn't charge you for the diagnostics, if my car mysteriously corrects itself (my car behave better when in the repair shop, I don't know why?) When i ask him if I own him anything, he says, "NO I'm not going to charge you for something I didn't do, you're my regular customer"

I hope he continue to do great things!

Went in to have a diagnosis of my car, as I had purchased it used and wanted to find out if there were any services that needed to be addressed. Sean put my car on the lift and took me in to the garage to show me a couple of things that might need to be addressed in the future. He found a serpentine belt that was split in half and I was driving the car on borrowed time as this belt ran all the accessories within the car.

He ended up changing the belt and my oil and did not charge on the labor for oil change.

After my car started shaking pretty rough on a Route 76 and upon doing some research, I decided to give Desi Auto Care a try as I have just moved to Voorhees recently. I was a little bit worried first because based on the internet there were several possible reasons for the issue and some options could be pretty pricey. 2013 Infiniti G37 troubles last week and I took it to get belt replacement at another auto shop in Maple Shade. Afterwards my car would not start the next morning.

With my gym trainer's recommendation I had it towed to Desi Auto Care, assuming it was our starter. Ryan called with updates; he said it was not the starter, but that the other auto shop had drained battery completely when installing a new belt. He had charged it, serviced and I picked up my car that evening and he would not be charging me for the service. Also he explained that what exactly happen to my Infiniti.

Took my Infiniti here to have transmission flushed, wheel bearing changed and the valve cover gaskets replaced because I was getting oil smoke from leaking a valve cover.

In a recent diagnostic of my failed turn signals, Shawn noticed that some of my fuses had bad contacts due to the age of my car. What impressed me was that instead of ignoring the issue, he went the extra mile and took the time to adjust each fuse in the fuse box so I would not experience any strange intermittent problems in the future potentially saving me more hundreds of dollars in repairs. This is an action I didn't expect and I didn't want it to go unnoticed as I believe other shops may not have been attentive to detail.

I thought this was proactive, very conscientious and showed strong care and affinity for customer service.

My daughter has a seven year old Infiniti and was having a problem with the transmission 3rd gear and coolant leaking. She wasn't sure where to take it and I knew a shop that specializes in Japanese cars. I went online, did some research and the first (and only) placed i called was Desi Auto Care. Off the bat i could tell that shop was going to be a good place to go to. Rachael was a super professional over the phone which impressed me the most. When they serviced the car for my daughter they did a fantastic job with amazing savings. I researched for three weeks for an independent repair shops as an alternative to the dealership. I found Desi Auto Care and finally took my Infiniti in. He fix my transmission leak (dirty dark oil with smell) and I asked for 3 different services and he was helpful and courteous enough to research and recommend that 2 of the services were not actually needed at my mileage. My 6 years old INFINITI needed new brakes and crankshaft angle sensor/position sensor fail that cause loss of engine power that cuts out and other drivability problems. Sam and team @ Desi have been looking after our Infiniti's for more than 2 yrs after they came off warranty. Ryan is always responsive to me, tries to find the most cost-effective way to fix my vehicles and Sam is reasonable in what he charges. Last weekend when I was traveling to the shore with the car and had a problem, I called him on his cell phone and he helped to diagnose the problem so I don't have to make a rush decision about check engine light (possible mass air flow sensor issue). I do recommend these guys.

Bottom line! We trust Desi Auto Care, the few repairs and maintenance they have done for us since 2016 all been good quality work. Once another shop told me that we needed a few extra parts for the repair. Then we took the parts to Sean, he did the repair and said we can return this extra parts because it did not need to be replaced yet. We like this parts because it did not need to be replaced yet. I bought here my Infiniti. Now has 198K. Shawn replaced the original clutch, both control arms. VQ engine is known to burning oil like a crazy! And keep increasing more...every year after 140K. Now it drinks too much oil so, he replaced rings and pistons based on shape of cylinders. Valves were serviced since they were making weird noise. I love this car and I like Shawn.

I'm hearing clunk noises when going over any size bump on road, it's like a clunk, thump, almost pop noise in the front. The creaking sound I hear it in the rear from inside the cabin sometimes can't seem to figure out what it is. Also when I drive over 45 mph my car starts to shake a bit and the steering wheel also. they found problem, strut upper mount support was broken. Estimate came with good price. Car was fixed on Friday because Sat-Sun we're going to beach.

Waiting area is stocked with snakcs, coffee, beverages, and candies. Need to charge your phone but no charger? They got you covered. Genuine mechanics!

Check engine light came on, car started dragging through mid-range rpm's. Car feels like it has no bottom end power, no torque. I replaced the sensor myself 8 months ago, since then, the sensor has thrown the check engine light 3 times and each time my infinity feels like crap.

Also I had been putting off fixing other repairs; Andrew immediately gave me some clues on what may be happening that leads to this chain of issues. I came out from shop with a bunch of new parts ( emission hose, two new disks, brake pads, controls, one new tire, oil change, new fog lamp, etc.) with very reasonable costs. He showed me what he changed and went for a test drive afterwards to make sure all my problems were indeed fixed before I leave the shop. (all work was guaranteed for 2 years including parts and labor)

I brought a infiniti back in Jan '17 which ended up needing some work including AC compressor, flywheel & clutch replaced. Seeing how I was in a tough spot, these guys really came through and it's very apparent how important running a sound business is to them. Sean gave me a great deal on all the labor, parts and also did a few little extra things for me at no additional cost.

He spent a Lot of time trying to find good quality parts for me until he was able to find a new compressor for $350 rather than the list price of around $1000

Infinity had been making various noises after my transmission was changed and no one was able to locate the noise. I went to 5 different mechanics. I I spoke to Sean over the phone to serif they can look at my car and he said yes. He drove it for a bit and within 5 minutes they were able to locate what the problem was.

One thing I really like about this place is that they show you what the problem is. Sean called me over so I can see what it was. They found that the support frame was not replaced back problem. There was a gap within the frame and screws that was causing the creaking noise. I was so relieved it wasn't anything major that I would've had to replace/fix. I couldn't thank Sean enough.

He told me to take it back to the old mechanic who did the transmission work to fix his error.

After this experience, nobody is allowed to touch my infinity expect Sean.

Did I get it? Yes. Did they repair it for that price? Actually a bit less.

I'm doing some modeling jobs and I'm very attractive young female, but employees never gave me roaming eyes, actually they treat me with dignity. I felt like I'm an owners daughter.

Called up for what i thought was a radiator quote. The quote was $370 less than my old mechanic. also it turned out my old shop seriously does not know what they are doing. It was not my radiator at all , it was a water pump. That was the 3rd and LAST chance for my old mechanic.

When i was passing by White Horse Pike I have seen this place seems busy, I made an appointment, they were in fact the lowest quote after several calls. more important they did quality work on my INFINITI and returned all my old parts.

Turned out the old mechanic installed my brakes faulty as well and Shawn and Sam took care of that no charge!! Freaking awesome ! I cant thank them enough. they really look out for you and not did once I feel like I was being taken advantage of. They basically saved my life on the brake deal literally.

They guarantee their work 24,000 miles/24 months including parts & labor and have impeccable work ethics. They will now get all my referrals. Its totally worth the drive out of my comfort zone area for a great INFINITI technician.

The transmission on my car began to shudder on acceleration. The mechanics explained it was the CVT belt slipping. They drained the old fluid, installed a factory kit with an updated valve body, and reprogrammed the TCM. It drives like new again and shifts are seamless.

The power steering started groaning like an old door, especially during slow turns. Turns out the fluid was aerating due to a tiny crack in the return hose. I took my car here about a week ago. It is very hard to find a shop around the area that knows how to work on cars, however, Josh was able to diagnose and fix the problem. Had to have my catalytic converter replaced. Excellent service and very reasonable pricing. I am definitely coming back here is good to know there is a competent mechanic around the area.

So here’s my story... I suspected a coolant leak. They took a long time to get to my car. All fixed and then shortly after they also did a final diagnostic. It was actually a leaking water pump etc. After reading their reviews I had the staff at Desi Auto Care take care of the issue. Awesome! Timely.. very confident in their work. Reasonable rates!

I’m new to this area and I found this place and thought with mostly good reviews. My first visit was when my car check engine light had been on for almost 2-3 days and turned itself off. They explained everything throughout and didn’t jump directly to unnecessary repairs. They kept my car for diagnosis but since it turned itself off they didn’t want to assume anything. Overall, I was happy when I left.

Last week had my car break down while I was going to my job, and after a talk with Infiniti roadside assistance, they suggested to me it's possibly an alternator problem. Given the symptoms of my car, all signs lead to either a battery problem or the alternator.
I called around to get estimates on getting the alternator/battery replaced, and Desi Auto Care said they could get the car in and Josh help me out the same day. Thanks much!

I also go here for my scheduled maintenance because of the quality and respect they have for my cars. With my older car I have had to upkeep a few repairs and Desi is always honest, communicable with "budget" I'm working with and they never failed me. I really believe my car is in good condition at 17 years old because of them. They are always swamped, so make an appointment, like i did.

When I needed to screw bolts for my new license plate, I called an Infiniti dealer and got quote $39. When I found Desi Auto Care online, Sam said bring it by and they’d install it - without any charges. It was the beginning of sense of security. As an old woman with no family around, I knew I could be a sitting duck. But Sam / his guys helped with all my car repairs. Saves me as economically as possible. I was having a power steering leak/noise issues. I'm regular customer of Desi Auto Care. Chris replaced the power steering pump and rack-pinion, and it all started working again. He charged me a reasonably (definitely very less than the dealer) price. Also there was a valve in the line which only leaked during engine running at highway speeds. Chris charged me for the part, but didn't charge me for labor, despite a few hours of extra job he put into getting it fixed. Steering is working as good as the day I purchase the car. This business deserves your business, because they stand behind their work for 2yrs.They deliver ultra-competent service at a great price which, for an older Infiniti like mine, is the perfect solution.

Sam always replays my repair emails. I have been going here since long time. After my car broke down on the busy main road, something that nobody likes to deal with it. I called shop and they set appointment for same day and even arranged to have a tow company pick my car up from the location. Very helpful in a stressful situation! The genuine concern they show to customers is very welcoming. If you want good mechanics, Desi Auto Care is your place!

In a wrong decision I took my car to Voorhees Quick Lube change for an oil change. They left the oil cap off unknown to me. After paying I left and my car was smoking from every places. I thought
I might ignite the car way back to the quick lube place. My engine which has been cleanest prior to this, now covered with oil. Their solution was to pressure wash my engine which has all but ruined it.
Desi Auto Care is repairing it one piece at a time. The shop is very busy but the service is exactly what the car owner is looking for. They're knowledgeable. Sam's prices are more than fair. Service was on time. I do recommend to anyone.

I had my engine sign on for 6 weeks and brought my car in to the shop. Bryan was friendly and said that I had a leak in the EVAP system but that it's not urgent repair. He didn't pressure me at all, just told me what the problem is. Now I finally told him to replace the parts. He used the diagnostic fee I paid 6 weeks before towards the repair (it was nice that he let me use it even though it was 6 weeks before!). And he warned me the EVAP systems for Infiniti's we're temperamental and sometimes the engine sign comes back on.
Sadly, Bryan was correct and the engine sign came back on again. So, back to the Desi Auto Care I went. He spent time finding the leak, which was a fault in the engine fuel cap they just switched out for me before, and reordered/replaced the cap. Didn't charge me any money, he spent figuring out my vehicle. When I went to pick up my Infiniti, it was clean and ready! They said there was a man there washing some of the vehicles so he had him wash mine too.
He forget to perform oil change & filter I requested, so I had to bring the car in again. I was a somewhat annoyed but Sam apologized and gave me a discount and changed it right away.
Overall, Desi Auto Care is professional, I will continue to go back.

I just bought an Infiniti and was looking around to find a knowledgeable tech online, found Desi Auto Care. Chris was very humble, since it's my used car I wanted him to inspect the spark plugs and to do an oil change he was honest and informed me spark plugs were just changed (by previous owner) and they look clean, I don't need to spend money. So, he just did an oil change. I had a list questions for him and he answered very patiently. Thank you for all the hard work. 5 stars no doubt!

I give them my business because Desi service was more than my expectation. I was contemplating getting a used Infiniti and wanted to schedule a PPI with a local shop before I pull the trigger. I found Desi shop and he gave me his opinion about used Infiniti and explained PROS and CONS with me. We exchanged emails and calls. My car shows intermittent flashing check engine light before I leave for work - extremely rough running and misfiring especially in 1st and 2nd gears. Diana was friendly on the phone when i called to find out if they had an open slot where i could bring my car. She said i could bring and when i got there, she took me inside to the workshop to meet Chris (mechanic) I feel fortunate to have found this shop that i can trust for future repairs. I'm already planning to return for alternator job which is going to be happening soon. He said i can call ahead to set up appointment and he will order the parts in advance.
Here you are able to actually talk with the mechanics who are performing the job on your car.

Dashboard show half a tank when it is 100% full, it then slowly goes up to full and then goes down to empty, that causing the low fuel warning light. I have contacted Infiniti dealer about this problem because I have ran out of fuel, this is a serious safety concern. Dealer said there is no recall about this issue. Eventually Desi replaced the bad fuel sensor. Good shop.

It’s always an intimidating to find a mechanics when your car is having issue. I took my car in because I had an oil change due and the check engine sign was on. Sam checked it out and found it was a problem with a sensor, no repair necessary and replaced the sensor. He could have told me I needed a million things and I would have never known. I am recommending Desi automotive shop.

My car died, so I emailed Sam seeing if he could look and diagnose my car. He was all booked up, but he asked me a bunch of questions and then his mechanic called me and give me a diagnosis based on the problems at hand. During driving local our SUV depressing the accelerator pedal a squealing and some kind clapping noise was heard from the engine area. Chris diagnosed that the timing chain was faulty. We were out of warranty and frustrated that infinity did not step up to address the issue. He replaced the timing chain within three days. SUV drives perfect now. We couldn't be happier. We highly recommend Chris.

I have received their marketing postcard which I kept in my glove box for a while. Finally I use it now.
My car ended up with some weird radiator fan issue, so I took it to Lex-dealership, as it was under the power train warranty. Surprise to know! The warranty didn't cover the fan motor --(Lexus wanted nearly 1K some to fix it, plus it needed brake pads replaced. So I was looking at $1200-$1400 or so. I can say with smile that I was in and out in half a day and for just over half of the price the Lexus quoted me. He gave me 2yrs/24000 miles warranty on everything. I can't say enough about Shaun and Desi Auto Repair Shop, I will be a lonnng-time customer.

I've been to him 3 times for various things, major/minor repairs. Parts and labor cost is fair. Around Thanksgiving I had my timing belt changed for my 9 year old car and he kept the old parts in garage so he can show me the cracks that were in the belt. Sam doesn't charge you for the diagnostics, if my car mysteriously corrects itself (my car behave better when in the repair shop, I don't know why?) When i ask him if I own him anything, he says, "NO I'm not going to charge you for something I didn't do, you're my regular customer"

Went in to have a diagnosis of my car, as I had purchased it used and wanted to find out if there were any services that needed to be addressed. Sean put my car on the lift and took me in to the garage to show me a couple of things that might need to be addressed in the future. He found a serpentine belt that was split in half and I was driving the car on borrowed time as this belt ran all the accessories within the car.
He ended up changing the belt and my oil and did not charge on the labor for oil change.

My INFI overheated on the way to office meeting and I knew it could be anything between a blown head gasket and a cracked hose. But who knew what else? My manager recommended Desi Auto Care. After my car started shaking pretty rough on a Route 76 and upon doing some research, I decided to give Desi Auto Care a try as I have just moved to Voorhees recently. I was a little bit worried first because based on the internet there were several possible reasons for the issue and some options could be pretty pricey. But Andrew was extremely INFI-knowledgeable and fixed the issue next noon. (Price was way lower than RepairPal estimate)

2013 Infiniti G37 troubles last week and I took it to get belt replacement at another auto shop in Maple Shade. Afterwards my car would not start the next morning.
With my gym trainer's recommendation I had it towed to Desi Auto Care, assuming it was our starter. Ryan called with updates; he said it was not the starter, but that the other auto shop had drained battery completely when installing a new belt. He had charged it, serviced and I picked up my car that evening and he would not be charging me for the service. Also he explained that what exactly happen to my Infiniti.

Took my Infiniti here to have transmission flushed, wheel bearing changed and the valve cover gaskets replaced because I was getting oil smoke from leaking a valve cover.

In a recent diagnostic of my failed turn signals, Shawn noticed that some of my fuses had bad contacts due to the age of my car. What impressed me was that instead of ignoring the issue, he went the extra mile and took the time to adjust each fuse in the fuse box so I would not experience any strange intermittent problems in the future potentially saving me more hundreds of dollars in repairs. This is an action I didn't expect and I didn't want it to go unnoticed as I believe other shops may not have been attentive to detail.
I thought this was proactive, very conscientious and showed strong care and affinity for customer service.

She wasn't sure where to take it and I knew a shop that specializes in Japanese cars. I went online, did some research and the first (and only) placed i called was Desi Auto Care. Off the bat i could tell that shop was going to be a good place to go to. Rachael was a super professional over the phone which impressed me the most. When they serviced the car for my daughter they did a fantastic job with amazing savings. This is her first car and she really doesn't have any experience with taking a car to a repair shop, thank you to everyone at the shop.

I researched for three weeks for an independent repair shops as an alternative to the dealership. I found Desi Auto Care and finally took my Infiniti in. He fix my transmission leak (dirty dark oil with smell) and I asked for 3 different services and he was helpful and courteous enough to research and recommend that 2 of the services were not actually needed at my mileage. One word-honest!

My 6 years old INFINITI needed new brakes and crankshaft angle sensor/position sensor fail that cause loss of engine power that cuts out and other drivability problems. After my wife dropped off the car at Desi Auto Care, Rachael gave her a ride home. Wednesday they finished working on the car, which was one day sooner than promise. When we picked up the car, they provided a detailed invoice and show me old parts as a proof.

Sam and team @ Desi have been looking after our Infiniti's for more than 2 yrs after they came off warranty. Ryan is always responsive to me, tries to find the most cost-effective way to fix my vehicles and Sam is reasonable in what he charges. Last weekend when I was traveling to the shore with the car and had a problem, I called him on his cell phone and he helped to diagnose the problem so I don't have to make a rush decision about check engine light (possible mass air flow sensor issue). I do recommend these guys.

Bottom line! We trust Desi Auto Care, the few repairs and maintenance they have done for us since 2016 all been good quality work. Once another shop told me that we needed a few extra parts for the repair. Then we took the parts to Sean, he did the repair and said we can return this extra parts because it did not need to be replaced yet. We like this parts because it did not need to be replaced yet. We like his honesty and we don't have to worry for my Infiniti repairs.

I bought here my Infiniti. Now has 198K. Shawn replaced the original clutch, both control arms. VQ engine is known to burning oil like a crazy! And keep increasing more...every year after 140K. Now it drinks too much oil so, he replaced rings and pistons based on shape of cylinders. Valves were serviced since they were making weird noise. I love this car and I like Shawn.

My Infiniti radiator hose blew in morning on my way to work in Phila. I called Desi Auto Care to see if they might have one, as the other two shops I tried did not. He ordered it for me over the phone, and had it delivered within three hours, and at a great price. A sure life saver!

I'm hearing clunk noises when going over any size bump on road, it's like a clunk, thump, almost pop noise in the front. The creaking sound I hear it in the rear from inside the cabin sometimes can't seem to figure out what it is. Also when I drive over 45 mph my car starts to shake a bit and the steering wheel also. they found problem, strut upper mount support was broken. Estimate came with good price. Car was fixed on Friday because Sat-Sun we're going to beach.
Waiting area is stocked with snakcs, coffee, beverages, and candies. Need to charge your phone but no charger? They got you covered. Genuine mechanics!

Check engine light came on, car started dragging through mid-range rpm's. Car feels like it has no bottom end power, no torque. I replaced the sensor myself 8 months ago, since then, the sensor has thrown the check engine light 3 times and each time my infinity feels like crap.
Also I had been putting off fixing other repairs; Andrew immediately gave me some clues on what may be happening that leads to this chain of issues. I came out from shop with a bunch of new parts ( emission hose, two new disks, brake pads, controls, one new tire, oil change, new fog lamp, etc.) with very reasonable costs. He showed me what he changed and went for a test drive afterwards to make sure all my problems were indeed fixed before I leave the shop. (all work was guaranteed for 2 years including parts and labor)

I brought a infiniti back in Jan '17 which ended up needing some work including AC compressor, flywheel & clutch replaced. Seeing how I was in a tough spot, these guys really came through and it's very apparent how important running a sound business is to them. Sean gave me a great deal on all the labor, parts and also did a few little extra things for me at no additional cost.
He spent a Lot of time trying to find good quality parts for me until he was able to find a new compressor for $350 rather than the list price of around $1000

Infinity had been making various noises after my transmission was changed and no one was able to locate the noise. I went to 5 different mechanics. I I spoke to Sean over the phone to serif they can look at my car and he said yes. He drove it for a bit and within 5 minutes they were able to locate what the problem was.

One thing I really like about this place is that they show you what the problem is. Sean called me over so I can see what it was. They found that the support frame was not replaced back problem. There was a gap within the frame and screws that was causing the creaking noise. I was so relieved it wasn't anything major that I would've had to replace/fix. I couldn't thank Sean enough.
He told me to take it back to the old mechanic who did the transmission work to fix his error.
After this experience, nobody is allowed to touch my infinity expect Sean.

These are simply the best people in the INFiNITI repair business. I asked for a quote over the phone.
Did I get it? Yes. Did they repair it for that price? Actually a bit less.
I'm doing some modeling jobs and I'm very attractive young female, but employees never gave me roaming eyes, actually they treat me with dignity. I felt like I'm an owners daughter.
I have been coming here from Philadelphia for many times and will continue to do so . Lovely receptionist always makes me my favorite coffee. Technician"s name is Sean. He is the master!

Called up for what i thought was a radiator quote. The quote was $370 less than my old mechanic. also it turned out my old shop seriously does not know what they are doing. It was not my radiator at all , it was a water pump. That was the 3rd and LAST chance for my old mechanic.
When i was passing by White Horse Pike I have seen this place seems busy, I made an appointment, they were in fact the lowest quote after several calls. more important they did quality work on my INFINITI and returned all my old parts.
Turned out the old mechanic installed my brakes faulty as well and Shawn and Sam took care of that no charge!! Freaking awesome ! I cant thank them enough. they really look out for you and not did once I feel like I was being taken advantage of. They basically saved my life on the brake deal literally.
They guarantee their work 24,000 miles/24 months including parts & labor and have impeccable work ethics. They will now get all my referrals. Its totally worth the drive out of my comfort zone area for a great INFINITI technician.
Extra star for young receptionist, she was very helpful to me and all the customers in waiting.
